Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, include your packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
